unistall otrs centos 7

hello everybody!
please who can send me a link or correct procedure to uninstall otrs 3.3.9* version

and if some have tried for centos 7 do and installation - uninstall ? in order after try to reinstall no remains previus parameters or elements that no let do a new installation without errors!!

Hello! thanks for you soon answer.
I installed otrs 3.3.8 under centos, everything was ok but when i ran from navegator otrs, but first windows ask me to do login: i used root account and a exact password , but system reject all times my accoun and password; then as I could not get inside , i take the decision to reinstall everything.

1. i tried to repeat procedure to install with out remove otrs and i get message that say something like: " was necesary chage secure mode in Sys conf (i dont found this file in /opt/otrs/ directories ) then

i use yum remove otrs .* and repeat procedure to install then after this i got message show me server error,

then i remove this pakage and download from otrs.org site new version 3.3.9 then i installed this but this version no come with otrs/installer.pl (before 3.3.8 it have this file )

then i need to do a secure and complete remove pakage and reset all, then i want looking for pakage that offer clear installation using a mysql database cause documentation for 3.3.9 is intended for oracle and no show complete procedure for Mysql (and otrs/installer.pl no come after yum install )

You're probably fine with reinstall over existing otrs ... you might have been better served by asking questions here first before attempting uninstall.

If you're using rpm, use your operating system package removal tool to uninstall.

I'm not completely familiar with the rpm usage as I've normally installed by source.

if /opt/otrs/Kernel/Config.pm or Kernel/Config/Files/ZZZAuto.pm (I think) exists, you might consider renaming/moving them out of your system and it should allow you to run the installer again.

If you get stuck with otrs root@localhost password, there's a utility to reset it.
