Ticket screen taking long to load

The ticket screen takes very long to load.

Upon chaning queue and other drop down fields, the page is loaded very slowly (notice the yellow highlighing) and very often the selected drop down values (for example Produkt= AD) are reset. If I wait for each field to finish loading before I select the next one, it would take me 5 mins to create a ticket.
The only overload -if it were- is that I have a script in the code which shows/hides fields based on the selected queue, but it seems unreasonable to me for the page to take so long to load and moreover that the fields are reset. Any hints what the reason behind it could be?

Any ideas on why the ticket screen takes long to load? Is there any way to reduce the loading time?
