My question is, example..

i have mail address help@gmail.com

when customer send mail on help@gmail.com, whether it is possible it can be set to the email comes.. forward.. automatic to some otrs queues?

I found a options on Mail Setting, PostMaster Mail Accounts, setup pop3 and default queues for mail.
it is working
