I need following customization in my company.
At Agent panel when I will give access of statics to two different person X and Y. And I want that X can only view/pull report of his team queue members not for all the team members that are added into it. More example
X person having a, b, c and d person reporting
Y person having e, f, g and h persons reporting
Now both X and Y lead should not able to other person queue that is done... But at the time of report pull X is able to pull report of Y and vice versa. How can I fix as admin of OTRS?

You'll want to create a custom report environment. This may not necessarily be a built-in configurable report from within OTRS.

Well I think I or we should not consider it customisation. I just want to make it logical. If I have access of 5 queue out of 10 then report option also I should get to pull for 5 areas only instead of all the 10 areas.
