I want to show queue and sub-queue of particular department at a time when i click on create ticket.
Right now what is happening All the queue and sub-queue of all the departments are showing. I want 1 queue and its sub-queue as per selection of my department/queue

I read the document but when I set the properties and the respective service. Then also after executing ACL it didn't work.

Bummer. Of course it didn't work. It did exactly what you configured, not what you want and since I don't know either of those, it's doing exactly what it's intended to do.
