Installing OTRS server 2012

I try to settle here OTRS on windows server 2012 with Active Perl.

But at the end of the impossible to have the page installer.pl I have only a blank page installation.

Is there a manual to install OTRS on windows server 2012

but it's not recommend to install and use OTRS on Windows-based Systems... But you can use the appliance
