I want to create a new menu button called 'Escalation' in the ticket zoom menu screen. I have added the button in Ticket.xml and it renders correctly, but I need to customize the fields available, to show fields for:
- New owner
- Next state
- Note
Can anyone point me to where this should be configured.

I do all that with the owner button.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
