Hallo Zusammen,
ich bin echt zu blöd gerade. Wie mache ich das update von OTRS 4.0.0.beta2-01 zu 4.0.0.beta3-01 auf einem CentOS 7 ?
Ich gehe so vor:
stoppe die Services cron / otrs / mariadb / httpd
update mit yum localinstall die beta3
führe die otrs.RebuildConfig.pl aus
starte die Services
(alles als root)
Wenn ich dann versuche otrs aufzurufen, bekomme ich nur einen Server 500 Fehler.
Im httpd log steht was von "permission denied ZZZauto"
Was mache ich falsch?

lass nochmal die SetPermissions.pl drüberlaufen
