Workflow and field visible

I'am trying to setup a workflow as test and as the link here describe :

all is okay except that in the process information page of an agent, the fields are not visible like this :



in my case no fields are visible (no location, building. floor, date ....)

where do you setup this ?

perhaps :

ProcessManagement -> Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewZoom ?

if so, the viewzoom process is the same for all of the existing process ?

the Viewzoom could not be customed one by one for each process

because différent process are not supposed to managed the same data (ie dynamic fields)


so finnally, I suppose you will say me it will be managed by ACL ?

only filled Dynamic Fields will be shown, so no issue here
