OTRS behind VPN

Dear Modertor,

Appreciate your help regarding setting up OTRS behind vpn, we have been using otrs 2.4.7 version since long time and have been setup at data center with FQDN to access it.

otrs.XXXX.net

My question is how would I setup to access my otrs.xxxx.net link only when I am connected to vpn utility, with out connecting to vpn I should not able to access the page.

please ask your network admin.
