toolbar icons by group

Running 3.3.8. Currently I need to show AgentTicketPhone, Search and SearchCustomerID Menubars and Toolbar icons only to a certain group of agents.

With AgentTicketPhone and Search I can restrict functionality with system config on ModuleRegistration configurations something like:

Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::ModuleRegistration
Frontend::Module###AgentTicketPhone
Group: technicians
Group ro: technicians

but with Toolbar icons, how can I do that?

I try

Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::ToolBarModule
Frontend::ToolBarModule###11-CICSearchCustomerID
Group -> technicians

but not working ...

Can I do it with ACL or another OTRS functionality?
