Hi Everyone!!
We have working setup with otrs 3.3.9 however we are looking to sync Active Directory’s contact OU which contact can be only visible in OTRS that users can not be able to login in OTRS, is that possible if yes what should be the configuration.

At what point are you stuck relative to the documentation?
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
