Hi,
I have problem to open tickets via web inteface. The field "due date" is automatically populated with the date of 19/10/2014 and trying to open the called an internal error occurs without any detail. Syslog also found nothing.
If I change the date in the "due date", I can register the ticket without any errors. Already occurred before the same bug, however, was more than a year and was with another date.
Does anyone know how to solve (without changing the date or uncheck)?

did you try to update to the latest patchlevels of OTRS and all installed modules? If not do so
