Select multiple tickets to move into a queue

Hi!

How can I select multiple tickets to move into other queue?
If I select a ticket (in ticket list view) then appears the "Multiple" option. But if I select another ticket, then "Multiple" option will be inactive. Why?
How can I move the unnecessary, spam tickets into the Junk queue?

OTRS does have a Bulk action. If it get deactivated on selecting more than one there might be an issue with your installation.

What is your actual version?
which modules do you have installed?
did you made any changes on Theme, css or javascript?

It is on CentOS 7 Linux with default installation (otrs-3.3.9). I didn't change anything on theme, css, js.
(No extra modul)
The installation was correct (without errors, problems).

I would like to select some mistaken incoming ticket to move them into the Junk queue (then will be delete).
