Agent Notification Problem

Hello,

I have just installed a new OTRS 3.3.9 in production environment...I am not receiving agent email notfications for "Notes, owner update, new ticket creation...", I am not sure if i accidentally disabled the notification? Please let me know if there is a setting that I need to check.

The agents are in appropriate queue, in fact I have selected all the queues.

Please advice.

check error logs. Chances are you'll need to adjust Notification Sender in SysConfig.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Great! Thanks for the timely help. That worked, I changed the notification sender email address and it worked. !!!! :-)

Ah I have been breaking my head on this for the past 3 hours.
