We have one customer (company) named ABC Company, they have 2 IT customer users: one customer user is an IT Manager, his name is A, another customer user is an IT Staff, his name is B.
When B is typing the message on customer portal to reply a ticket, B wants to cc to A for reference. But the OTRS Editor doesn't have the filed to cc. Kindly see the image below and pls give us your advises:
