Hi All,
Currently we have OTRS 3.0.9 installed on our system and its logging off user randomly giving this error at the logon screen: “SessionID Invalid! Need user Data!”. The strange thing is that one of our users is working fine.
I am new at OTRS and I don't know from were I can start in troubleshooting this issue, would appreciate your help.

The system is this old and you've only encountered this issue now?
Take a look at System Log in Admin tab. Normally there's an expiration for logons.

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Yes we only encountred this issue this week for the first time. Also I have checked the systems logs and they are empty.

Is OTRS installed on a windows machine? Then have a look at <OTRS_HOME>/var/tmp/otrs.log...
