I am new to OTRS and when I attempt to update Frontend::Agent or Frontend::Customer and other Frontend::XX configurations I get the following error. I have checked the log file /var/log/httpd/error_log but it does not show any log entries during the time the error occurred. I am simply trying to update the path for the logo, but this error occurs even if I change nothing and simply hit update. Any help would be great. Thanks.
