Hello Everyone,
i have a problem and hoppefully you can help me. I'm new at OTRS and actually i'm just testing. I created a Dropdown DynamicField with the value "1" or "2". With a reply from a customer over the customerportal, the dynamic field should automatically have the value "1", without any action through the customer. I don't know how to make this work.
