Hello all,
I am using otrs 3.3.6 version. also i have installed ITSM. I have configured postmaster mail account for the user. Now i wanted to update ITSMduedate based on subject by using postmaster filter. but its not happening. while fetching mail its giving error message of Could not update field ITSMDueDate for Ticket ID .... I just want to update ITSM due date based on subject.
Could you please help me on this/

Seems were having the same problem alwin. I've been beating my head against the wall trying to figure this out. Haven't found anything yet though...

I tried with filter condition
set header "Subject" as "message"
and in Set email headers
X-OTRS-DynamicField-ITSMDueDate as 86400
Also i tried with setting X-OTRS-DynamicField-ITSMDueDate as 2011-06-13 10:30
when running above postmaster filter i am getting following error in syslog
Could not update field ITSMDueDate for Ticket ID !
anything else that i need to try
