Two OTRS System
a client will create a ticket in my OTRS system, this incident can solve a provider, so this incident is escalated the ticket to a agent , this agent must be create a new ticket in the OTRS system of my provider. is possible integrate my OTRS system with the OTRS system of the provider for create a ticket when the case is escalated to an agent special for this queue?
OTRS: 3.1.18, OTRS::ITSM 3.1.10
