Error OTRS and IceWarp
Good morning, my otrs error is presenting credentials authentication with client email IceWarp, however the User and password are correct, can someone help?

what error? Where? What access point? Mail? Customer? Agent?
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
