Apache issue after OTRS update to 3.3.9

Hi,

Please note that I am using OTRS 3.3.9. I am getting some problem after update and I am not able to understand the reason behind this! The problem is:

All the time some apache processes doesn’t end automatically and consume 100 % CPU.. Please have a look at the following screenshot:

and I have found some message in Process log:

stat("/etc/localtime", {st_mode=S_IFREG|0644, st_size=2211, ...}) = 0

stat("/etc/localtime", {st_mode=S_IFREG|0644, st_size=2211, ...}) = 0

stat("/etc/localtime", {st_mode=S_IFREG|0644, st_size=2211, ...}) = 0

stat("/etc/localtime", {st_mode=S_IFREG|0644, st_size=2211, ...}) = 0


Please tell me the reason behind this issue. and Is this issue is coming because of OTRS update or there is a different reason behind this? Please help!
