Generic Interface Attachments and RTF

Hi folks,

I'm currently using Generic Interfaces to export and import some Tickets.

As i try to get as many information as possible, i enabled most of the options for
TicketGet.

<AllArticles>1</AllArticles>
<Attachments>1</Attachments>
<DynamicFields>1</DynamicFields>
<Extended>1</Extended>

but the issue is that the attachments responsible for RTF are not delivered within TicketGet.
How could i get those?
