Hello,
We have OTRS 3.3.8 installed on our organization, working perfectly.
We've recently upgraded from Exchange 2007 SP3 to Exchange 2010 SP3 and all hell broke loose with OTRS. It does not get mail from the imap server and is constantly showing a popup for downloading index.pl file, whenever I click on a link that triggers an email related operation.
What do I need to reconfigure to make it compatible with Exchange 2010?
