Attachement not readable when sent from OTRS

Hello,

I saw a wierd beahaviour, attachements are encoded when sending from OTRS to end users. The attachements are un readable.
Using OTRS 3.3.8, mysql
How can i fix this?

check thte mailserver and the client software. OTRS is using Multipart Mime messages. You can also check the mail which is generated in OTRS via the Plaintext Button in the TicketZoom
