HTML Print font too small

Hi everyone,

I am having several requests to change the print layout OTRS generates, because the font used for articles is way small.
I would like to simply switch it to the PDF output, but the users find it a lot too much work to click on print, then wait for the new window to disappear, then open the pdf, then click print again to finally choose the printer. Unfortunately "show attachments inline" (instead of serving it as a download) doesn't work here either.

I checked in AgentTicketPrint.pm for the section below the PDF Output TableParams, where the nonPDF output is described, but I can't find the right parameters there.

Anyone got any suggestions how to change the font or size for the html or better usability of the PDF output?

And has anyone got a workaround for the missing feature "bulk print" (marking several tickets in a search and choosing bulk action print to print them all out)?
