hi,
after i upgrade to 4 the notification email to agents doesen't work anymore, even if the "admin notification" is all configured.
in syslog it says the notification was send to an agent, so there are no errors there.
(forwarding and replying from tickets works)
any ideas?

Check the mailserver logs if the mail was delivered to the mailserver...

i changed the system id to the old id (before the update) and then the notification email started to worked, hmm does that make sense?
that fixed also the follow up email to ticket problem [ticket#??] , before i changed it back there was always new ticket created.
now i got about 50 tickets in the system that was created on another "System id", is it possible to mark those tickets to the other system id?

found a workaround
Ticket::NumberGenerator::CheckSystemID and change value to "No"
