Hello,
I have an external Customer-DB with about 1200 customers, in another DB 3000 customer users.
When creating an new ticket, the agent sees the autocomplete-results like "FirstName LastName <email> (login)".
It would be fine, if I could display the company-Name (either from customer-db or a custom field from customer-user-db) in the result list.
Problem ist, that our login-names have the format firstname.lastname@customerid (e.g. martin.smith@14005) and our agents don't know all customerids by heart. eMail-Address as username is not possible, because many customer-user have the same email-address with different customers.
A solution like "Firstname Lastname <eMail> CompanyName" would be fine.
Any idea how to realize this?
