Kann mir jemand sagen wo ich umstellen kann das OTRS die Tickets alle 2 min holt?

var/cron/postmaster_mailbox

Danach via bin/Cron.sh die Cronjobs neu bauen
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

Hallo leider ist das verzeichnis /cron nicht da, komisch :o

im OTRS Homeverzeichnis sollte das var/cron Verzeichnis da sein, sonst stimmt was nicht
