Hy,
I recently upgraded my OTRS from 3.3.3 to 4.0.3 and I have a lot of problems (The method I used was to upgrade from version to version - 3.3.3->3.3.4->3.3.5->...->4.0.3). This software is working fine except some minor details. One of them is that I can't forward any emails. My company has a postfix outbound server. If I forward an email in OTRS's interface, it says that the message is forward, the customer receives that mail only on Gmail (we use google's mail service with our mail server). The customer doesn't recieve any email in OTRS's interface.
Why?

Don't use forward but reply to customers

And if I have some files attached to that email? Let me give you an example. A customer send's me an email with a problem, I reply with a possible solutions, he reply's me with another problem and so on ... At the end I have to forward that mail to some of my colleagues to resolve that problem. How can I do this? You are saying that Forward is equal to Reply?

Make your colleague the owner of the ticket. No need to forward anything...
