apache is restarting

Hello,

on a Windows 2008 Server I have the big problem that the apache service is restaring in sporadic intervalls (between 5 and 30mins).
I am using the following software versions:ActivePerl 5.16.3 Build 1603
Apache HTTP Server 2.2.25
