otrs error messages

Hello,

can somebody help me to identify cause of this error message? This is in ssl_error_log from apache.

I'm using OTRS 3.3.11 and KIX4OTRS 6.1.1
I have same error on previous version of system.
I have second installation - same version of otrs and kix4otrs and this messages is not in logs.
Perl version is same on both instances.
