Customer Assigned Config Items - KIX4OTRS

I'm running:
OTRS:ITSM 3.3.11
KIX4OTRS 6.1.1
Ubuntu 12.04

I have problem with ITSM-CMDB Extensions -> Customer Assigned Config Items.
When customer send a ticket with information connected to his config item, agent doesn't see this information on TicketZoom (see attachment).
I have communicate "There could be more linked objects than displayed due to lack of permissions."
I gave agent permissions to group itsm-configitem and I still have a problem to display this info.
There should be also assigned ConfigItem in right corner (see attachment - Assigned CIs) but there isn't and I don't why.
I checked system log where I found this information: Permission denied (UserID: 20 'ro' on Item: 687)!

Could you help me with this issue ?
Any ideas ?

Permission denied (UserID: 20 'ro' on Item: 687)!

This means UserID (probably the user listed in this screenshot) doesn't have ro access for Item 687 (the CI linked to this ticket.)

But UserID : 20 have permissions to all groups.
I didn't found a place where you can give permissions to specific Item.

This is likely to be addressed with the plugin vendor, as it's not core OTRS.
