Please note that I am using otrs 3.3.9. Can anyone please tell me if it possible to implement FullText_search box same as Agent Tool Bar in the customer portal and if there are some predefined steps to do so, please let me know!

You mean, versus the very nice tickets, search entry they already have? Not that I know of.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
