under free fields in services the drop down menu is disabled and how to enable it.

Services are assigned to customers or they are assigned to Default Services within the same module within Admin.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Agent Manually select for a service to a individual department customers.

An agent cannot select what isn't provisioned.
The Service:
- Must exist
- Must not be invalid
- Must either be assigned directly to the customer of the ticket OR assigned as a Default Service
- Must not be filtered via ACL

we have five departments in our company.Each one has a different department like finance,software,accounts like this,so i want to create similar departments under free fields.Then i will assign a appropriate department to the particular ticket.
