otrs.CloneDB.pl (Windows 3.3.9 -> 4.0.5 Appliance)

Hallo Community,

ich habe ein Problem bei der Migration von Windows 3.3.9 auf die 4.0.5 Appliance.

Ich wollte wie in der Anleitung beschrieben die Datenbank mit dem CloneDB script migrieren, jedoch erhalte ich immer folgende Fehlermeldung:
E:\otrs\OTRS\bin>perl otrs.CloneDB.pl -n
[2015-02-04 10:32:11] Checking table acl...
[2015-02-04 10:32:11] Checking table acl_sync...
[2015-02-04 10:32:11] Checking table article...
[2015-02-04 10:32:12] Checking table article_attachment...

Can't write \var\log\OTRSCloneDB.log: No such file or directory
[Wed Feb 4 10:32:15 2015] otrs.CloneDB.pl: Was not possible to complete the dat
a transfer.

E:\otrs\OTRS\bin>

Die Anleitung ist nicht mehr Aktuell was ich sehr schade finde.

z.b shell> perl otrs.OTRSCloneDB.pl -n stimmt nicht die Datei heisst nur noch otrs.CloneDB.pl

- Bitte keine Screenshots von Textfehlern posten
- Der Fehler steht klar in der Fehlermeldung. Ich bezweifle des es einen Pfad /tmp unter Windows gibt
- auch die Doku ist korrekt, perl ist ein Programm, -n eine Option für das Script

Am besten fragst Du Deinen Admin nach weiterer Hilfe
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

Dann hast du die Anleitung nicht gelesen. Die Datei für das Script heißt: otrs.CloneDB.pl und nicht wie in der Anleitung beschrieben: otrs.OTRSCloneDB.pl.

Ich entschuldige mich, weil ich nicht Deutsch sprechen, die ich mit Google zu übersetzen.

Ich habe das gleiche Problem:

Haben Sie eine Lösung? Was CloneDB Skriptversion verwenden Sie?

Ich bezweifle des es einen Pfad /tmp unter Windows gibt
Die Dokumentation ist für Windows
Ist nicht der Root-Pfad?

C:\OTRS\bin\tp ? oder C:\OTRS\tmp ?

Wir müssen dies in der Dokumentation hinzuzufügen !!
