The articles are taking long to load (more than half a minute)
The contents of the article are shown only to disappear shortly afterwards.
What could be the reason behind this?
I'm using OTRS 3.3.9 with mysql db version 5.1.73 and storage engine is MyISAM

Can you open the browsers' developer tools and watch the JavaScript console? Did you check the log files?

The problem was due to a WAF blocking / filtering the application
