Upgraded from otrs V3 to V4 and getting a verification error for all my packages?

Hi, I was using OTRS version 3 and I have recently upgraded to version 4.

Unfortunately someone I know decided to upgrade to version 4 for me and didn't follow the guide on how to upgrade.

Now I have the following error appearing in package manager;

Can't perform GET on http://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/itsm/bundle33//otrs.xml: 500 Can't connect to proxy.sn.no:8001 (Bad hostname)

I also get the following error for EVERY package I have installed;

GeneralCatalog 4.0.5 - Package not verified due a communication issue with verification server!
ITSMCore 4.0.5 - Package not verified due a communication issue with verification server!
ImportExport 4.0.5 - Package not verified due a communication issue with verification server!

(These are just examples I have a lot more but all the same error)

I have a feeling it may be a dns issue but have no idea how to fix it ?

Your server is attempting to use a proxy to connect to the Internet. Unless you *know* that you need to do this (check with your System Administrator), it's at minimum poorly configured and at most may indicate your system has been compromised.

If your network relies on a proxy, it may be pushed automatically, but check for invalid settings in profile:

Note that proxy settings for OTRS servers are outside the scope of this forum.
