Custom widget for watched tickets

Post by aph »

I want to create a custom widget for watched tickets. I am using the following xml:

Code: Select all

<otrs_config version="1.0" init="Application">
<ConfigItem Name="DashboardBackend###1000-WatchedTickets" Required="0" Valid="1">

Parameters for the dashboard backend of the watched tickets overview of the agent interface. "Limit" is the number of entries shown by default. "Group" is used to restrict the access to the plugin (e. g. Group: admin;group1;group2;). "Default" determines if the plugin is enabled by default or if the user needs to enable it manually. "CacheTTLLocal" is the cache time in minutes for the plugin.

        <Group>Ticket</Group>
        <SubGroup>Frontend::Agent::Dashboard</SubGroup>
        <Setting>
            <Hash>

Kernel::Output::HTML::DashboardTicketGeneric

Watched Tickets

Watched Tickets

StateType=open;StateType=new;

All

Age

10

rw

ContentLarge

1

0.5

                    <Hash>

2

1

1

2

1

1

1

1

1

2

1

1

1

1

2

1

1

1

1

2

1

                    </Hash>

            </Hash>
        </Setting>
    </ConfigItem>
</otrs_config>
Which attribute do I have to use so that all watched tickets of the user are shown? Currently, it shows all tickets with state open or new. I'm using the following attributes

Code: Select all

StateType=open;StateType=new;

OTRS 3.3.x (private/testing) on Windows Server 2008 with MSSQL database.
