I have installed OTRS 4.0.5 and am in the process of learning and exploring the features. One aspect that I would like to test out is Ticket Types, and all of the documentation indicates I should go via the admin web interface to SysConfig, search for Ticket, and enable (presumably by checking the checkbox) Ticket::Type. I have tried this, but the majority of my settings in SysConfig are not editable, including Ticket Type, and the checkboxes for all appear to be checked. If this is all correct, do I need to go to the frontend and enable it there to show up in the new ticket form? Sorry if these are asinine questions, I'm a newb
Have I screwed something up in the installation (OpenSUSE installation) or is this as expected and I am just looking in the wrong location? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
