Whenever I try to create a ticket (phone or email), I get the drop down options for the Type and To Queue, but once I choose an option in either one of these, the option I choose does not stay on the form, resulting in not being able to create a ticket.
What could be causing this?
I am new to OTRS and is in the process of reviewing this for possible implementation in our helpdesk ticketing.

Its a browser issue; was using FF 35.0.1; tried it on Chrome (Version 40.0.2214.115 m) and it worked; all drop downs now functioning.
