Hello
I am probably not getting this but I want to add a new type of ticket to the existing Phone and Email. We use Skype a lot so I want to add a ticket type for this. I have created a new Ticket Type and called it Skype. How do I get this to show on the Tickets drop down on the dashboard?

the ticket type is used within the created ticket )like incident or service request). You can not create new kind of tickets via this way. Just use the phone ticket for the skype ticktes
