Hello,
I want to create a view in dashboard that will show all the open tickets of the agent that is logged in. Is this possible?
If yes can someone tell me how to do this please?

By default, "My Tickets" in "Open Tickets" is supposed to be that.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
