(Solved) ACL not working for process tickets after upgrade to 4

Post by pituca »

Hello guys,

After upgrade from OTRS 3.2 to OTRS 4, the ACL for my processes are not working. The name of all entities in the processes have changed from the traditional naming AD1, AD2...TA1, T2... etc to a long name like this
Activity-5b76b6f7368af3fd9ffa445b9f36fc64
,
Transition-54c870b23042a6754c381cc4811a8efb
so how can I workaround this?

Thank you

Where in particular are they not working? During upgrade, the process and activity ids are updated automatically. If you are using these processes in generic agents for example, you will have to change the process and activity ids (previously P1, AD1 and so on) to new ids for each process
