[gelöst] System versendet 1000ende NotificationEmails an Agents

Hallo,

wir haben das Problem das unser OTRS / ITSM System immer wieder 1000ende Ticket Erinnerungen an einen zufälligen Agent sendet, wenn dieser Fehler Auftritt hilft nur ein Reboot der Appliance. Die Appliance und alle Module befinden sich auf dem aktuellen Patch Stand. Hier ein Auszug aus dem user.log File:

Mail Adressen wurden verfälscht / logdatei gekürt - diesmal wurden ca. 6000 Mails versendet.

Ich hoffe mir kann jemand weiterhelfen.

Hi,

es sieht so aus, als würden bei dir die Eskalationsmails verschickt. Auf den ersten Blick normales Verhalten.

das andere sind Erinnerungsmails bei offenen Tickets. Das ist meines Erachtens nicht Standard. Musst Du Dir irgendwie selber konfiguriert haben.

Nutzt ihr SLAs ? Habt ihr viele "eskalierte" und offene Tickets im System?

-SLAs setzen wir nicht ein.

-Tickets sind derzeit ca. 20 offene und 5 eskalierte in den Queues.

-Wir haben einen GenericAgent konfiguriert der alle 10 Minuten nachsieht ob ein "Neues" Ticket vorhanden ist das noch nicht zugewiesen wurde und in diesem Fall ein Mail versendet sowie das Ticket in eine eigene Queue verschiebt.

Habt Ihr im GernericAgent für eure Mails evtl. bei "Ticket Filter" auch geschlossene Tickets mit angegeben?
Oder eine bestimmte Queue aktiviert?
In welchem Zeitraum werden den die 6000 Mails generiert?

Im GenericAgent Job ist unter Tickets selektieren Status "Neu" und Ticket erstellt vor mehr als 3 Stunden ausgewählt. Wenn der Fehler auftritt werden pro Sekunde 2-3 Mails versendet, bis eben die Appliance neu gestartet wird. Es erwischt auf einmal auch nicht alle Agents, sondern immer nur einen pro Fehlerfall.

Hast du evtl. unter "Benachrichtigungs-Verwaltung" etwas angelegt oder verändert?
Das evtl. dort nach allen Tickets oder einfach allen Personen gefiltert wird?

Da läuft ein Genetik Agent. Dann gibt es Event Notifications.
Such doch mal nach "Erinnerung", denn das ist ein auffälliges Wort.

Ich habe nun mal alle Genetik Agent Einträge sowie auch die Agent Benachrichtigungen gelöscht und neu angelegt, derzeit sieht es so aus als würde nun alles richtig funktionieren.

Hatte wohl irgendwo einen Konfigurationsfehler den ich einfach jedes mal überlesen habe. Ich danke allen für ihre Unterstützung.
