gibt es schon ein KIX4OTRS für OTRS4, oder weis jemand ob und wann es das geben wird.

cape-IT hatte auf der Mailingliste was von "März" gesagt, was bedeutet, dass es in den nächsten zwei, drei Wochen soweit ist. Ich würde es für nicht ganz unwahrscheinlich halten, dass es kurz vor der CeBIT fertig wird.
