otrs autofill reciepient email

Hello otrs community,
please i need to know how can i autofill the "To" email reciepient after recieving a ticket by email (i need to autofill it by the sender email).and i want to know also if it is possible to map this email and the customer by it so he can recieve the response in the customer portal and by email too.
