Hei.
After upgrading from 4.0.2 to 4.0.6 customers are not able to register tickets.
Login and filling out the fields are no problem, but when pressing Send nothing happens. The screen flickers, but stays open with fields filled with text as filled in.
The really strange thing is this: If I change Group Membership to one specific group it works!! I've tried to find any difference from that group to all the others, with no luck.
I've rerun RebuildConfig.pl and ClearCache.pl, still getting the same error.
Any ideas?

I'm running the same setup as you, i'm on OTRS 4.0.6
I tested it right now, and don't have any problems at this point...
So your problem might have happened during the update. (I tested with a user in users group)
In which specific group is it running ? And the one it is not ?

Re: Customer not able to register ticket after update 4.0.6
Hi.
I have a group called Waveit where I've put my internal users (test intentions), this is the group that works.
Upgraded my test environment without any issues.
I've created Groups per Customer for controlling rights and access. Tried different customer users, same problem with everyone. Move them into the group Waveit, everything works.. Tried to create a new Test-group, same problem.
Server is running CentOS, used the .RPM for updating.
