Is it possible to reply to a new support ticket automatically with a predefined template when a certain word is in the subject line of the email?
Example:
- I sell DVD players.
- I have a template called "Sony DVD-A1".
- I receive a support ticket with "Sony DVD-A1" in the subject line.
- I want OTRS to reply automagically with template "Sony DVD-A1".
Can this be done?
Add PostMaster Filter on subject, then autoreply with themplate [SOLVED]

set a queue for that, with its dedicated autoreply.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
